How can I make an insurance claim for a Bodily Injury?

When should I send the Bodily Injury documents?
Once you make an insurance claim, you should send the full documentation for analysis. Who can make an insurance claim for Bodily Injuries?
The broker, victim his/herself or insured can make a claim. In this case, the victim does not need a legal representative to make an insurance claim.-
